Mrs P is made to run on a high speed Internet connection. If you have a dial up connection (or slow service) it is likely you will have trouble loading the videos or the web interface.
Mrs P’s library is filled with many videos. Videos may sometimes be slower to load, so please be patient.
Video Quality Options
On the bookmark in the library selector, you can decide to change the quality of the video to suit your computer and connection needs. This can help if you have a slower connection. You may also select if you want to see the words so you can read along with Mrs P.
Web Browser
This site relies mainly on Flash and a good internet connection. The latest versions of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome will also help with the user experience.
Volume
To Control the volume on the Mrs P video, you need to adjust the volume controls on your computer.
Screen Resolution
1024 x 768 is the recommended minimum screen size. Screen resolutions smaller than this will increase your need to scroll to view content.
To change your screen resolution, look for 'Display Properties'or 'Monitors & Sound' in your computer's control panel.
